Making the appointment was a breeze and I was kept well updated on his expected arrival time by office staff, which means the technician was also keeping them updated on his progress. Phil, the technician, was very efficient diagnosing the problems (2 of them) and the cause. He even had the needed repair part in his truck, which was quite unexpected by me and most appreciated. Given the issues he faced, I was also impressed with how he communicated with me about what he was finding, especially as one of them may have been due to my own making. Such customer skills are frequently lacking, but not at any point in my interaction with Pacific Air staff did I have any cause for concern.

Also appreciate working with Randy for the assessment and setting up the process. We feel confident that they will take of heat pump system for us in the future.”

“Not going to like this Review, My first call yesterday they set up an appointment at 3:30 but came here at 2:30, it was OK as my son was here, The tech said it was $250 for doagonises, truck fee, yes that was fine, he asked if . He could not fix it so said to call back the next day,
Yes OK so I called and called 3 or 4 timeI needed a printout or Email recepts today and left voice messages, I for some reason was under the impression they were at callback 24 hours a day. Nope, I left 2 online requests today to get someone to call me back. but I have heardb NOTHING all day. SO Monday Morning, I am calling another hrating and Air Conditioing Business!!!”

“Our furnace stopped working. We called Pacific Air and they sent John out the same day. He diagnosed a faulty blower motor. The owner quickly followed up and gave us a range of options to address the problem and the costs associated with thise options. We opted to have replace the blower motor. John came back the next day to remove the motor so they could secure a replacement. As he was dismantling the furnace, he discovered a capacitor that he couldn’t see before, which he then tested and found to be faulty. Fortunately, he had a replacement in his van! He installed it and put everything back together, including relocating the capacitor so that it could be easily tested and replaced in the future if necessary. He was exceptionally polite and professional. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. He also thoroughly tested the system for functionality and safety and cleaned up after himself. We can’t thank Pacific Air and John enough for the great service!”

“Another FIVE STAR service provided by Jim (owner) and Jon! On Sunday, Nov. 26, 2023, I noticed our in home thermostat was blank (not lighted), and no heat. Checked the fuse panel, and the furnace breaker was not tripped. I called Pacific Air and left a message. Within a couple hours, I received a phone call from Jim and explained the situation. He came out within three hours and quickly diagnosed the problem. We needed a new circuit board. He did not have one onboard and stated they would look for a new one on Monday. We received a phone call Monday morning stating they would be back out at our house late afternoon to install the new circuit board. Jon did the install. He was very conscientious, and thorough. An hour later, the furnace was back up and running perfectly! Thank you so much for the quick turnaround time and professionalism! We have been customers for nearly 20 years. Always very satisfied with their work!”
