“Another FIVE STAR service provided by Jim (owner) and Jon! On Sunday, Nov. 26, 2023, I noticed our in home thermostat was blank (not lighted), and no heat. Checked the fuse panel, and the furnace breaker was not tripped. I called Pacific Air and left a message. Within a couple hours, I received a phone call from Jim and explained the situation. He came out within three hours and quickly diagnosed the problem. We needed a new circuit board. He did not have one onboard and stated they would look for a new one on Monday. We received a phone call Monday morning stating they would be back out at our house late afternoon to install the new circuit board. Jon did the install. He was very conscientious, and thorough. An hour later, the furnace was back up and running perfectly! Thank you so much for the quick turnaround time and professionalism! We have been customers for nearly 20 years. Always very satisfied with their work!”

“Had my heater ducts cleaned. The crew showed up, taped up all the registers and hooked the industrial vacuum. They cleaned each duck and return. Since it’s been a “while” since I’ve had them cleaned I was not surprised by the amount of dust/dirt that was extracted. “19/11/22- Friday afternoon our thermostat displayed an alert code(15291NMW7G: Err 22.01) The heat pump was non-operational and the furnace burner igniter was not functioning properly. We called multiple companies in the surrounding area but no one could send anyone out until next week on Monday at the earliest and in most cases Wednesday was the typical response we received. With last night’s temperature expected to reach down into the low 20 degrees, time was working against us. Fortunately Pacific Air responded and they were able send one of their tech’s out first thing 8:30 am Saturday morning to run a diagnostic. Eric, the technician they dispatched arrived ahead of schedule. From the get-go it was apparent Eric was highly skilled and took pride in his craftsmanship, his professionalism was second to none. He went above and beyond, walking me through the entire situation step by step, giving a detailed explanation of the process. He answered all of my questions so that I was able to understand, imparting his knowledge on me. Pacific Air’s Integrity, approach and drive to take the initiative speaks volumes to how they operate. To top it all off they offer very competitive prices for their services, add all this together and you just scored a lifelong customer. If I could give another star I would without hesitation, Pacific Air is the gold standard.
