Making the appointment was a breeze and I was kept well updated on his expected arrival time by office staff, which means the technician was also keeping them updated on his progress. Phil, the technician, was very efficient diagnosing the problems (2 of them) and the cause. He even had the needed repair part in his truck, which was quite unexpected by me and most appreciated. Given the issues he faced, I was also impressed with how he communicated with me about what he was finding, especially as one of them may have been due to my own making. Such customer skills are frequently lacking, but not at any point in my interaction with Pacific Air staff did I have any cause for concern.
I highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again if needed.”
